Hi! I’m Wanda.
I have over 19 years experience working directly for CEOs, Senior Partners, Solo Practitioners, and most recently for the Legal Department at a real estate development company. I have experience communicating at all levels, including Senators and politicians at The White House.
Keeping busy people on track and organized is what I do!
My first administrative job was working directly for the owners of a small manufacturing company in a two-person office. Watching them deal with every issue first-hand, I quickly learned the value of being an intuitive and self-motivated assistant who can think like the owner. I honed my problem-solving skills and developed effective solutions and systems to run things more smoothly. And while I moved out of manufacturing and into the legal field, I have used this skill to create and maintain effective and efficient procedures, databases, and file management systems. I’m pretty good at keeping up with, and helping others through, hectic schedules, too.
