In 2020, just before the world shut down, I gave notice at my comfortable corporate job with a booming real estate development company and I started my own business as a Virtual Assistant. Now, two years later, I work remotely as a fractional Practice and Business Administrator and COO for startups, small businesses, and law firms. I have learned from the best of the best in management, coaching, and member progress and retention. Not all of it was good.

Throughout my career I have witnessed good employees struggle with the issue of being set up for failure, I’ve seen how it stagnates businesses, hurts morale, and destroys office culture. And I want to help fix this problem.
